Arthur is a sweet and loving, ten-year-old, 17-pound, chubby male Dachshund-mix looking for a loving guardian. He is adorable, full of kisses and tail wags. Arthur is healthy, housebroken and crate-trained. He's probably best as the only pet because he really loves the spotlight and all the attention. But he typically gets along with others as long as they are not possessive of food or toys. Arthur is a healthy and fun senior. He absolutely loves toys and balls. He'll take a tennis ball, carry it in his mouth and toss it around the yard with his nose ‰'Û| He's a hoot to watch! He absolutely loves people and is great on leash, and loves his walks around the neighborhood, or romps in the yard. He's neutered, de-wormed, microchipped, up-to-date on rabies, bordatella and distemper vaccines, heartworm-tested and had full bloodwork done. He is scheduled for a dental tomorrow and then he's ready for foster/adoption. His adoption fee of $275 benefits the rescued pets of Friends of Petraits Rescue.
