About Lucy

Welcome Lucy to CCPAL Rescue. She is a Collie/Beagle/Shepherd is our best guess. She has the markings of Shepherd but she has the size of a Collie. She is smart and she likes attention. She is good on a leash, potty trained and lives with cats. She wants the attention of her family and is jealous of another dog getting attention, so we are looking for a home where she can be the only dog. She has lived with kids and does great with all people. She is 3 years old and she would make a good walking or hiking companion. Her best home would be with a family that likes to walk, hike and with a fenced yard. She doesn't like car rides and gets a little car sick on rides. She is good with all people and could be in a home with kiddos. We prefer them to be 8 or older. She is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally. We can also work with one of the wonderful transporters to deliver her to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. She is spayed, healthty and up on her vaccinations. She is ready for her forever home.
