About BUDDY

BUDDY has spent a good deal of time in foster homes, and each foster-care-giver gave him rave reviews. If you click on his ID number, you can read previous posts and see videos. Recently, he was adopted through the foster program, but he was returned to the East Valley Animal Shelter, Van Nuys, CA, because he has a strong prey drive and he could be too strong for the adopter to handle. BUDDY will probably do best as an only pet, but he has been in playgroup with other dogs and did well. Best with someone who can control him on leash, in case he sees a squirrel or another critter. But, from all other reports, BUDDY is friendly with people, including older children; he is an indoor dog and is very respectful inside the home.
