Dog was found and was probably abandoned/neglected, as he is extremely submissive and nervous around new people but warms up quickly. I unfortunately cannot keep him- but he is extremely sweet! I have just been calling him 'Titus' because I do not know his name. ** will need to be in a one dog home. responded seemingly well to a female dog, but not to a male dog. He was then aggressive to the male dog's owner, but extremely affectionate towards everyone else.
