About LULU

LULU arrived from the streets of Puerto Rico in November. A rescue stepped in before she was euthanized and brought her to NJ. Lulu needed some work being inside a house and learning manners. She is very friendly but tends to be mouthy in her excitement. She has been adapting and progressing very well under the loving and keen eye of her foster. This beautiful 2 year old female is very affectionate and full of energy. LULU would do best in a single pet home without small children as she is still adjusting to a stable and routine lifestyle and tends to enjoy rough play with other dogs due to her size. Lulu would need someone to guide her on how to play with other dogs in a respectful manner., She can be quite mouthy in her excitement but she is learning to correct herself once she realizes she's being mouthy. LULU is a very intelligent dog who is quick to learn. As such, she has progressed very quickly on walking nicely on a leash, sitting/staying before entering or exiting a door, waiting patiently for her food and water and her crate training. LULU has a strong personality and would do best with an attentive and focused owner. She loves to walk and is very interested in the sights and sounds and particularly loved her very first snowfall in Dec 2020!!. Lulu needs a home with a breed experienced owner who can continue her training. She is very lovable, likes to cuddle, belly rubs, and thrives on learning and pleasing. She has alot of love to give her forever family...sweet girl only has 4 days left :(
