Meet Llana. A young female Bully mix that is approximately 8 months old, found abandoned on the Llano River on March 13, 2021. She was discovered without having a microchip and no owner has been found or come forward to claim her. In our family's efforts to help rescue her, Llana has been fully vaccinated and is heartworm negative receiving a month's dose of a heartworm/flea/tick preventative. She weighs 31 lbs. Llana is currently not spayed with a procedure scheduled to take place soon. At that time, she will also be microchipped. Llana is a special dog that the words loving and affectionate to humans may be an understatement. She enjoys all ages both male and female from what we have witnessed. She is playful, loves to entertain herself with dog toys, behaves well on a leash, is potty-trained and crate trained at night. Llana loves to relax outside in the sun and/or cuddle with her humans. However, she does display separation anxiety when having to be crated during the day. Unfortunately, Llana is not acclimating well to our home as we have 2 older female dogs of our own. Our home is also proving to not be a fit for her because our yard is not physically fenced to allow her plenty of space to roam and explore safely. It is for these reasons we are in need to find a new home for Llana whether it is a Foster situation or Forever Family. In our short time with her, we know she will make an amazing pet to anyone that will love her.
