About Meatball

Meet Meatball! Meatball is an approximately 1 year old, 63 lb. neutered male bulldog mix. This sweet boy was treated for heartworm before making the long trip up from AL in search of his forever family. In the time that Meatball's been in PA he has had no accidents in the house, and took no time making friends with his foster siblings (3 dogs large and small). He loves playing with them and being by their side wherever they go! He also enjoys his humans and makes sure they are never too far away. While he has a young and playful spirit, he also knows how to relax and has a very calm demeanor. He is learning his sit, stay and come commands. Like a typical young dog, he enjoys playing with toys and knows how to have a fun time on his own. He gives the sweetest kisses and has shown his foster family that he has a whole lot of love to give. Kids are friends but cats are not playful enough for me so I'm too rough. He is UTD on vaccines and flea/tick treatment. If you think you may be the family for Meatball, submit an application at www.pack9rescue.org. Meanwhile, he will be waiting in Wellsville, PA! We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all-breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $300 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $350 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate.
