Pepper is a character! He's not too excited yet about walking on a leash - at least not with someone holding the leash. He is a great 'flopper down' and sometimes needs encouragement. He is fabulous with the little puppies - patient and tolerant and he does like a people cuddle. Pepper will need several meet and greets to bond.
