Sheba is a 3-year-old, 80 pound German Shepherd mix (possibly Czech GSD) in need of a forever home. A smart, sweet girl, she loves spending time with adult humans (not sure how she is with children). She loves to play with her toys and chase tennis balls. Sheba is well-behaved inside the home - no destructive behavior. She could benefit from training as she's reactive to other dogs as well as cats. Her trainer suspects her reactivity is fear-based, rather than aggression, and that training would address this behavior. I don't believe she was appropriately socialized nor given much training on leash. However, she's very smart, and pays attention when she's not distracted. I believe she'd learn quickly in the right setting - with someone experienced with shepherds. She needs a LARGE, FENCED yard. If I had more time and a suitable yard, I'd keep her in a heartbeat. She's a beautiful, loving girl with a wonderful personality; she just needs to find a forever home with someone who can make a commitment to ongoing training.
