KOJI Please meet Koji a wonderful young dog, a mix of German Shepherd and Golden Retriever. Koji is originally from the Moscow region of Russia where as a newborn pup he was found along with his mother in a construction site. Volunteers rescued Koji's mother and his siblings. All, including Koji found wonderful homes. However, recently misfortune has struck Koji. His adoptive parents are in a situation where they can no longer provide a home for him. This is why we are seeking a loving family who can help Koji surmount this unfortunate situation and live in a loving and forever home. Koji a neutered male is nearly two years old, weighs approximately 40 - 45 pounds, is in excellent health, and current on all vaccinations. He is a loving and sweet dog, who is active and fun loving. He is shy and sometimes frightened when he first meets new people, but when he warms up, he melts your heart. The ideal location for Koji would be a quiet suburban or country location in a home with a fenced yard, where he could enjoy running on his own and go on walks where there is not a lot of busy traffic. Koji gets along with other dogs and loves to play with them and would do well in a home with other dogs; large or small. He would do best in a home with a very active family without young children as he is easily frightened by loud noise or sudden movements. Koji is house trained and loves chew toys. When left alone he is well behaved in the house, but will greet you with excitement when you return. Koji is a good dog, who deserves a loving home.
