About Odin

Adoption Fee: $600
German Shepherd / Siberian Husky
Age: Puppy
Sex: Male

Please read entire post... Meet Odin, he is approximately a year old, a German Shepherd/husky mix. He was found several months ago buy a lady who was unable to locate any owners. She's been working with him and teaching him house manners. He was terrified of a leash and did not know how to walk on it but she has worked through that. Sometimes he gets nervous having the leash put on him but he's doing much better and excepts it now. He It's pretty good with other dogs but they need to be his own size as he gets a little dominant with smaller dogs. Not good with cats. He is good with adults and children. Just keep in mind that he gets excited and will jump when he sees kids but he is still a puppy. So we are working on that. The lady who found him is unable to keep him so she reached out to us for help. She said he's a very loving dog and is smart so with continued training he will be an amazing dog. He has not tried to jump any fences, one section of her fencing is 4 feet and he has not tried to escape so that is good. Although we would prefer a 6 foot fence or more for him. Still working on house training but he's doing good there. In the beginning he had major separation anxiety but she worked with a trainer and he's doing good. If you think you might be a good fit for this boy please request an adoption application My adoption fee of $600 includes neuter, vaccines, deworming, microchip and goody bag. There will be a transport fee (depending on distance) to help the volunteer with gas. *We post in the ads what we know. If you have additional questions, please ask. *once several applications are received, this post will be removed! *Puppies require a lot of time, consistency, training, patience and love!* *if your application is approved we go onto the next step which is video home checks. That will consist of videos of your house, your yard and a brief introduction to each family member in the home.*
