About Chester

Las Vegas, NV -- Chester has been waiting a VERY long time to find a new home. He really just wants to be your new hiking buddy -- or even just walk in the park with you. Chester is a 6-year-old Labrador/Chow mix. Chester is a great dog and can become very devoted and affectionate. He's playful and good on the leash, and is crate trained. He loves hiking! He generally totally ignores strangers and only displays his affectionate side once he gets to know you, but once he does, he's a HUGE love! He is very well-behaved with all humans, including kids. He is good with other dogs. He is such a great dog, and there's just been no interest in him when we post him on RescueMe or in the adoptable dog forums.
