About Charlie

Charlie is a compact little guy that is approx. 3 years old and weighs approx. 30 pounds. He is intelligent, independent, confident and clever. Life with Charlie will keep you constantly on your toes and the fun is guaranteed. When 1st meeting Charlie, he can seem a bit aggressive. Once he warms up, he wants nothing but love. He is a nipper. He will nip your fingers when you are walking by, he will grab a pant leg. He really just wants to play. DUE TO THIS BEHAVIOR, WE SUGGEST A HOME WITH NO CHILDREN AND NO OTHER PETS. Charlie was heartworm positive. He completed his treatment 1-13-2021. He is neutered and microchipped and up to date on all vaccinations. If you think you are that special someone for this compact little guy, please email us. IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED, READ BELOW. Please understand, our dogs are shelter dogs. We do not know how or why they ended up in the shelter. We have very little, if any, information on their prior training and behavior. Please be prepared and committed to train/retrain, your newly adopted pet. Please tell us about you, your family, your activities, your property, the city in which you live, other pets in your home and whatever else puts you on top. The more information about you - the better. What can this companion expect from you and what are your expectations of him/her. If you do not provide this information, do not expect a reply. Seriously- if you don't take the time to tell us about yourself and family- you will not get a reply. This is not a first come placement. There is a placement fee to offset care and medical.
