My name is Grace, but you can call me anything you want. Know why? Because I won't hear you; I'm deaf! But it's no big deal because I'll stay close to you and watch you carefully. You can 'talk' to me with hand signals. My foster mom says I'm the sweetest, calmest Rat Terrier around. (Since I'm around 7 years old, the indiscretions and misbehaviors of youth are a thing of the past.) I'm a good girl, who knows how to sit for treats and who walks like a dream on leash. I'm also house-trained and crate trained. I get along fabulously with all the inhabitants of my foster home, including the other Rattie, the big dog, the cat, the guinea pig, and the young human. In fact, I like just about everyone I meet. And best of all, at 18 lbs., I excel at being a lap dog. Do you have a lap for me? You can find more photos of me at https://imageevent.com/newrattitude/gracenc . ------------------------------------------------------ IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ADOPTING GRACE, please go to New Rattitude's website at https://newrattitude.org/adopt/, where there is detailed information and a link to our adoption application.
