HI - I'M COSMO! I'm a 1-year-old German Shepherd mix, possibly part Kelpie, in need of a foster or forever home. I was recently saved from a shelter, where I was made 'urgent' since I was limping. The vet has determined I need an expensive hip surgery, which will happen this week. After that, I will need a home! I'm a sweet young boy who has my entire life ahead of me. Can you foster or adopt me?
