About Ginger

Ginger is a purebred Sable German Shepherd sweetie who sadly just recently lost her sister that she has grown up with for the past eight years. The two of them preferred the outdoors and stayed in a very large fenced yard in the country. She and her sister loved each other and people so much, but together were not necessarily welcoming of other pets. How Ginger would interact with another dog on her own now is unknown, but as her breed dictates, she is naturally alpha dominant. She needs a spacious and secure/fenced outdoor environment with someone who could give her attention and love. She does jump to give hugs and show her joy of getting attention, so one would need to be aware of her strength. Ginger has NEVER shown any aggression/anger toward ANY human. She is great for alerting family of visitors and makes an amazing deterrent for any unwanted ones. ;)
