About Callie

Bengal
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Female

Callie is a beautiful seven-year-old purebred Bengal Cat. Her family is moving from ID to Massachusetts later this year and know that she would not tolerate a multi-day cross country trip. Therefore they have decided to begin the search with us at Bengal Rescue, for a forever loving home for Callie. Callie lives in a spacious home with her two human adults and an easygoing Rescue dog named Taco. She has not been around children or other cats. Callie has a HUGE personality and demands a lot of attention. She will tell you when she's bored, wants attention, wants to go for a walk, or when she's hungry. She has a BIG voice, so if you don't like vocal Bengals, Callie is not for you. Surprisingly - she IS a cuddler! She's huge fan of 'TV Time' and will happily snuggle on her humans. She loves 'going to the office' and enjoys curling up in her human's laps during the work day. She even enjoys being carried around on her human's shoulder! She does like to sleep in bed with her owners, and is a huge fan of her two cat towers. Callie loves to tease the dog by swatting his tail, or hiding behind the furniture and then ambushing her (she does not claw or bit him - this is just play). She loves to go on walks with her humans and with Taco. She takes pleasure in crawling into cabinets and is known to give the occasional 'love bite.' Callie dislikes being crated, and car rides, so we are hoping to find her a home that is nearby. Callie is spayed, and up to date on her vaccinations.
