Frozen Coco is a darling 1 1/2 year old Chihuahua mix who is looking for a family to love her forever. Coco came to us with 3 adorable pup who she raised wonderfully in a loving foster home. Coco is a sweet girl, but was very shy at first with her foster family and may be shy with her new family until she adjusts, but has always licked gently and shown show a lot of affection from day one. It took a week for her to enjoy walks, but after getting comfortable in the new home, she started really enjoying the walkies and sniffing around and running. She's perky and kind of cheeky at times, but always listens to NO. Coco reacts well to her name and knows the command 'sit' and has learned 'stay' during her time in foster. Coco does get nervous when training so she needs a lot of patience and gentle guidance. She also gets nervous in some social scenes, like restaurants or friends houses, at first though she adjusts within the shortest time and becomes more confident. Coco loves to cuddle and always sleeps right next to her people. She needs a lot of petting and attention every day, if she doesn't get it she will request it & how could you say no to that face? Coco has never barked, but she will whine a bit when you leave her alone in the apartment or in the morning when you go to the bathroom as if to say good morning. Generally she is a really quiet, good dog who loves to sit on your lap and get massages and she loves playing fetch and tug of war. Coco is a young gal who wants to play multiple times per day and she definitely needs different toys to chew on. She would love another playful pup to keep up with her. In her foster home Coco is mostly house broken, but that may take some time and adjustment. Coco weighs in at 12 pounds full grown. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, vet checked and microchipped. Her adoption fee of $300 includes a free vet visit. To potentially adopt her please text her foster mom Jana at 602-688-4192.
