White male pit bull. Severely malnourished,with obvious signs of chain embedment around his neck that is already well on its way to healing, escaped from owner or possibly was released.Has not been well cared for, showed up several days ago and I have been feeding him.He was scared of me to begin with but now he's very sweet. I can barely take care of myself.You can bet he needs all of his shots and to be dewormed.He's wet and dirty now but I will take a picture when you can see what he actually looks like. Thanks.
