VIDEO...https://www.facebook.com/jill.dyche/videos/10158164476292984 I was at the shelter earlier and saw a man turning in the sweetest dog!!! Please adopt him!!! The owner told me that he was his brothers dog and the brother left the state for work and left the dog with him. The guy said he worked full time and he went to school full time. By the looks of the dogs ribs showing I think he was being neglected. This was just the sweetest dog clinging to the man. The man had to actually push Simba through the front door dog sliding with tail tucked. Please some loving person come for him soon!!
