We found Foster at a Bilo about 5 years ago and we were going to regime him. We've had a change in our household bringing my nieces and nephews in that has made him very anxious. He is healthy to the best of my knowledge and is a lovable cat when there aren't any noises. He is litter box trained but will not use a dirty one.
