About Salem

Salem is a playful, fun, energetic, gorgeous little guy! He is about 5 months old, all black except for a few white hairs here and there, and likes playing with other cats. He is getting more used to dogs, but they just make him run and hide and he doesn't like barking, so he would be best in a home without dogs. He likes to play in the tub (no water), and sometimes literally bounce off the walls in excitement. He also is a possible flight risk - tries to get outdoors. For our cats safety, we don't let them outdoors, but we are looking for a home for him that will continue to teach him to stay indoors, and has a safe home with double doors and no way for him to accidentally get out. His brother accidentally got outdoors and was tragically killed. We are extremely devastated by this and will do all we can to protect Salem. All cats are spayed/neutered, FeLV/FIV tested, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and current on revolution at the time of adoption. No declawing. Indoor homes only.
