Hi, my name is Tango! I am a 15-months-old Jindo mix boy, and I weigh 23kg (50 lbs). I was brought into a high-kill shelter when I was less than 3 months old with a deep cut on my neck, which was caused by a collar that became too small. Despite this injury, I always had my happy face on and was full of positive energy. This caught my foster mom's eye and led her to take me in under her wings. She named me Tango, meaning 'unstopping dance.' I am super active, which allows me to eat a ton and still stay fit. But to be honest, I do have a bit of belly from all the snacks. I am great with puppies and small dogs. My foster parents call me 'puppy nanny' because I am the perfect big brother! Puppies love me because of my goofy yet gentle demeanor. I am friendly and gentle towards people but do get frightened easily. I once escaped my harness and ran away after seeing a stranger during a walk. If you are planning on becoming my family, I strongly recommend preparing a sturdy, inescapable harness. I love my foster parents, and I just can't stop myself from expressing my love and excitement when I see them. I will hop and make baby sounds (according to my foster mom) to show my happiness! As much as I love my parents, I crave love and affection. There are many dogs in my foster home, but I am always the one sitting on my foster dad's lap. I love being cuddled like a baby too. I am looking for a family that can take me on adventures, and let me sit on their laps. If you think I'll be a good fit for your family, please submit an application for me! I can't wait to have a forever family! -Tango Email: [email protected]
