With a heavy heart, our family has to rehome our 9 month old male corgi, Miso. My husband lost his job during this pandemic and we recently moved from a house to an apartment and feel like Miso would do better in a home where he can have more space to run around in a yard. He's up to date on shots, not microchipped or neutered. AKC registered, DM clear, a full Pembroke Welsh Corgi. He still needs some basic training but I know with the right owner and leadership, he'll adapt very well. He's very playful and energetic, just needs a lot of love and attention. He adores my 13 year old son, I also have two teenage daughters. He LOVES to play and is always up for a challenge. He's pee pad trained and will pee/poop on the grass when we take him outside for walks. He's crate trained and prefers to sleep in there at night. Looking to rehome him in the California or surrounding areas, we are located in NorCal. He may do well with other dogs but he hasn't really socialized with other breeds of dogs, just corgi's around his age. He does get timid around strangers and will bark at them and guard us when we are out. Still working on leash training for him and his basic commands. We want someone who is experienced with the breed. He's also not a fan of vacuums or big boxes. There will be a rehoming fee for him to be placed in a good and trusting home where he may preferably be the only dog. Hoping Miso will find a well loving home he deserves because he's done nothing but love us whole heartedly. Serious inquires only and please no harsh or rude comments because this was a very hard decision for us to make.
