About Arthur

Arthur is an adorable 4 year old Chihuahua mix looking for his forever home. He weighs 10.5 pounds and is full grown. Arthur has been a very sweet boy that likes to go slow when first meeting people. Though once he gets comfortable he will always let you know when he wants attention. Arthur originally came from a hoarding home and had been left without food or water for an unknown number of days. He needs a patient home that understands he will most likely require training as he adjusts. Arthur has done well with other dogs his size, but has also learned that being an only boy can be just as fun! Please bring any potential canine companions to meet him prior to adoption. Arthur has done well with all adults but has not been around any children that we know of. Due to Arthur being a talker, he would not do well in an apartment environment. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, vet checked and microchipped. His adoption fee is $220 which includes a free vet visit. To potentially adopt him, please come to our shelter location at 1102 W Hatcher Rd in Phoenix 85021, open Tuesday to Sunday 11am to 6pm. --Covid update: To adhere to CDC guidelines, we are open for adoptions only at a max capacity of 15 people in the building at a time.
