About Burton & Topanga

Adoption Fee: $350
Australian Cattle Dog
Age: Adult
Sex: Female

This red and blue pair are a brother and sister named Burton and Topanga. They are 6 years old and weigh 30 and 50 pounds respectively. They are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. This pair knows their basic commands: sit, come, stay, down, and recall. They take treats politely, too (click the red YouTube button to see the video). They even know some agility. Burton and Topanga are house trained. They are good adventure partners as they are good on leash and good in the car. Burton and Topanga are the typical Cattledogs in that they prefer a polite introduction. Men carrying large objects make them nervous so they should be watched when that is happening. Burton isn't a fan of kids, so no small kids for these boys. Burton and Topanga seem good with polite and mellow dogs their size or smaller. Burton loves to fetch. Topanga just lets Burton have the fetching fun. These two are good out on walks but will bark when things make them anxious. With their people, they love to cuddle. They are loyal and would like a quieter home where it's okay to be a Cattledog who behaves like a Cattledog. These two are fixed (spayed/neutered). They are also microchipped. They are located in Canoga Park and are available to meet adopters who can meet and adopt in SoCal. We do not ship our dogs.
