Or just Honey! Honey came up as a stray and no one claimed her. The people who found her thought they might keep her after no owner was found... but when they brought to the vet and found out she was pregnant they felt that was more than they could take on. The vet reached out to me as a rescuer knowing I love the hounds! So I met her and fell in love! Shortly thereafter, she gave birth to 12 puppies! She was a great mom and all her pups have since been adopted! Now it is Honey's turn! Honey weighs about 65# and seems to love everyone and everything. She could be as young as 1 with this being her first litter or possibly 2 or 3. We really have no way of knowing but she is a youngster! Honey is learning to enjoy toys but loves her cow hooves. She would love an active home preferably with a tall fenced in yard! She is housebroken and walks well on a leash! I think she would make a great hiking buddy! Honey is a wonderful dog and will make anyone a great friend and companion! P. S. She is not sad... she just has sad eyes! :-) We are only adopting to CT residents at this time.
