About Crisp

Crisp is a 1 year old Chihuahua/Parson Russell Terrier mix who is looking for a loving forever home. Crisp was recently saved from the county shelter because he is a bit timid and shy with strangers, so we are planning to help him socialize and learn to trust while finding a patient, loving forever home that is just right for him. Crisp would do best with adults and dog savvy older children well in tune with his special needs. Crisp would need to meet any canine companions before adoption, as it is unknown if he has ever lived with another dog because he came into county off the streets. Crisp will likely need training, including house training and will need patience during learning and adjustment. He weighs in full grown at 15 pounds. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and vet checked. His adoption fee of $220 includes a free vet visit. To potentially adopt him come to our shelter location at 1102 W Hatcher Rd in Phoenix 85021, open Tuesday to Sunday 11am to 6pm. --Covid update: To adhere to CDC guidelines, we are open for adoptions only at a max capacity of 15 people in the building at a time.
