Courtesy Posting: Los Angeles, California NEED HELP FOR 3 YR OLD BROTHERS WHO ARE SHELTER BOUND IF NO HELP CAN BE FOUND, WE ALL KNOW ONCE IN THE SHELTER SYSTEM THEIR LIVES ARE NOW IN DANGER. THEY USED TO GET ALONG, BUT NOW OCCASIONALLY FIGHT WITH EACH OTHER. SHOULD BE PLACED IN SEPARATE HOMES! These two 3-year-old brothers (owner indicates Lab/Bull Mastiff Mix, but looks like pointer/lab mix...your guess is as good as ours) need a rescue's help. Their owner is going through some difficult times and cannot keep them. She has tried for months to get a rescue to help but none have responded to her pleas. She now has no choice now but to surrender them to the East LA Shelter. As you know, many dogs are mislabelled and euthanized, especially Pitbulls. We cannot risk this happening to them. These brothers used to get along with each other and now have their occasional fights so they should ideally be in separate homes. They are NOT bonded.
