Amy is a beautiful, one year old, female black Labrador/American Bulldog mix that had to grow up fast. Even though she is quite young, Amy already had a litter of pups. She was a great mother and now that they have all been adopted, it's her turn to find happiness in a home of her own. Amy is a large dog who is just a big baby at heart. She is very affectionate and outgoing. Amy will make a perfect companion for an active family with older children. Amy loves to play and would make a great hiking or running partner. No trail is too tough for this girl. She is very smart and eager to please; especially if she gets a treat! Amy also enjoys a good game of tag with her play group pals at the shelter. She would welcome having another dog to play with in her new home. A fenced in backyard will be needed to keep her from roaming. If you're looking for a fun-loving friendly pup, Amy is your girl! To adopt Amy, please go to hsnwga.org, click 'Adoption', then 'Application for Adoption' to complete an online application to be preapproved. Due to the high volume of applications received, our Adoption Coordinator will only contact applicants that best meet the needs of the pet.
