Buehrle with Wendy Nelson This stunning boy is Buehrle (pronounces Burly). He is a 1.5-2 year old Herder/Hound mix. He weighs 50 pounds. Buehrle is a smart guy. He is working on his basic commands. He learns quickly and will appreciate an adopter who gives him even more training. Buehrle is house and crate trained. Buehrle would be fun for adventures. He is good on leash and in the car. He has a lean, athletic build and would love to go have fun. Buehrle is a sweet boy who starts out shy with men. He would appreciate a home where any men are patient and easy going. As for dogs and i other animals, He is a nice boy. He is good with other dogs and likes to play. He is also good with cats and even rabbits. Buehrle was a stray and went hungry for a while. Because if that, he can resource guard food from other animals. He easily corrects with a verbal cue. When left alone, he can bark for a bit but settles down, especially if he gets a treat on his crate. Buehrle is the ultimate best friend once he attaches to a person. He will be your shadow, your sidekick, your co pilot, and snuggle buddy. He wants nothing more than a close human connection, he especially would love a child who needs a friend. He's smart and gentle and he absolutely loves his toys and to run as fast as he can when playing. Buehrle is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations. We do not ship our dogs. He is available for a meeting and adoption in SoCal. A home visit and vet reference are required.
