About ERNIE

Ernie came to rescue when his senior parents could not handle him. He was very dominant towards the elderly Maltese, & could be snippy. Ernie is not a lap dog, he likes to be near his humans in his bed & likes attention, pets & his toys. He will do best as an only dog with experienced Lhasa Apso adults, who are home alot. No children please. He is crate trained & house broken, does not like to be left alone. MUST be a house dog. Ernie is 4.5years old, weighs 13lbs, neutered, UTD with shots, Heartworm negative on prevention & Nextgard for flea & tic prevention, micro chipped. A secure fence is required. Regular grooming is required he will need a calming pill before being groomed. LOCAL ADOPTION ONLY, PLEASE.
