Meet Miles. Miles is a sweet, sweet little boy! Miles is a true tuxedo kitty, but in the sunlight you can see an almost burnt orange tint to his black fur. He came into our rescue when a community member found him scrounging for food in their outside trash can. We were able to set a trap and scoop him up a few days later. He was dehydrated, malnourished, anemic, cold, wet, dirty, and starving! With some TLC and vet care he is now happy, healthy and thriving! He has gone from skin and bones to a healthy solid little boy. He is quite shy, except when it's meal time. He likes to chat and tell you are taking too long. Miles is a secret snuggler, we catch him in bed with us often after he thinks we are asleep ;) Miles isn't a big fan of being a lap kitty, but he is getting closer and closer when we're lounging around. He is a very shy little boy and would love to be able to find a forever home with one of his foster brothers or sisters. Or another kitty friend that will take him under their wing and be his buddy. Loud noises or a loud, too active home is probably not a good fit for him, so young children won't be a good fit either. Miles is currently in a home with other cats. He hasn't been around dogs. All cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, FeLV/FIV tested, and current on revolution flea prevention. No declawing. Indoor homes only. Applications at www.rescueangelssomd.com.
