Tater tot had a hard life. His momma didn't have enough milk to feed him and his people didn't care. He was surrendered to the rescue and he spend a week in the vet's office to get well. He was believed to be blind but the vet believes he does see shadows. He does not walk into anything. Now in PA ready for his forever home
