About Chickpea

Chickpea and her sister Fava are a dynamic duo! Their story is a familiar one- they were dumped and had been roaming around a Walmart parking lot for who knows how long. Fava was pregnant and due to have her babies soon. We were able to get them into a foster home so that she didn't have to have her babies outside. Fava had 5 beautiful babies and Chickpea was right by her side to help raise the babies. She was such a great aunt! Now they are ready to find their forever home together! With Fava and Chickpea you will truly have everything you ever wanted in a cat! Fava is so playful and sweet! She likes to sit in your lap and get pets. She purrs a lot and is a very content kitty! Chickpea is very curious, adventurous and playful! She still thinks she is a kitten herself! She and Fava love to play chase together.
