This poor sweet boy needs a home filled with love and lots of yummy meals to get some meat back on his bones. Mickey is a 38 lb, 3 year old Lab/Pit (best guess!) mix who was heartbreakingly abandoned in the yard of an empty house in SC. When animal control brought him to the shelter, she wrote on his kennel card, 'Good boy'. And boy was she right! Mickey is a very sweet and gentle boy who is learning to walk nicely on the leash and loves to snuggle with the volunteers. Mickey adores attention and seems to know the command to sit. This skinny fella deserves a family who will cherish him and love him forever. He gets along well with other dogs, but we don't know about cats.
