Foster needed for Franklin! We got a call from a family that could not afford their pug's eye removal. Unfortunately, the family's cat scratched his eye and it needs to be removed. Franklin is 1 year old. Dog and people friendly! He will be vetted and neutered once he arrives here from Arizona. However, before he reaches LA, we need a committed foster for him ready.
