About Asher

Asher is a young 2 yr old neutered brindle and white male that was confiscated from a dog fighting/hoarding situation in SC. You would never suspect it based on his personality except for him initially being scared of a new person. After a sniff of your hand and a pet on the head he is all over you for loving. He looks so big in the photo but he is only about 44 lbs and is very small American Staffordshire. He has very poorly cropped ears but it doesn't take away from this cute little wiggle butt! Seems very dog friendly and we have not yet tested him with cats so not sure yet about cats. He seems fine around all people as long as you initially approach him slowly. He wants to be a lap dog and a couch cuddle bug. He is crate trained. No messes in his crate. He has not been in a home situation so we do not know if he is fully housetrained, but crate trained usually means it should not be difficult to train if he isn't already.
