We usually see miniature schnauzers, but this Standard Schnauzer mix named Roscoe needed our help, so we are here to help him find the perfect forever family. Rossco is a handsome 5 year old boy with the energy level of a puppy. He is looking for a very active family where he can be the only dog and center of attention. Roscoe is a big boy, weighing 45 pounds full grown and packed full of energy. With springs for back legs, Roscoe may need reminders to not jump on his people and would do best with teens and adults who can handle his size and strenght. Rossco LOVES toys, like really loves toys. He will need someone in his home to throw the toy for as many hours a day as you are awake. Rosscoe is very toy driven and loves fetch, so he does not do well with cats unless they enjoy a game of tag with the dog. Rossco is kennel trained and leash trained, but is not house broken. He will need patience and training in his forever home. Rossco will need a home with a yard to run his laps in, no apartments please. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and vet checked. His adoption fee of $300 includes a free vet visit.
