About Jett

MEET JETT! This adorable 1 year old male German Shepherd comes to us from the Rowan County Animal Shelter when no one came to claim him. Of course we couldn't resist a black GSD, especially with a name like 'Jett'!!! Jett is really starting to come out of his shell here at the rescue and we are quickly falling in love. He is gentle natured, happy and a well balanced dog. He gets along great with other dogs though his desire to put his feet on other dogs can be a turn off. He corrects easily and only needs some guidance and continued socialization to learn that not all dogs like this. Jett would make a great addition to an active family that is looking for a companion that is ready, willing and able to go on long walks or hikes, hang out in the yard and play or simply just lounge on the couch. Jett is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, neutered and on flea/tick/heartworm preventatives. Adoption fee $400.
