About Bailey and Kai

These two friends are looking for a home together. Bailey is a 10 year old, female black lab mix that weighs about 55 pounds. She is similar in size to a large Beagle. Her friend, Kai is a 5 year old, 45 pound, mixed breed boy, possibly a Whippet mix. Their family has had some unfortunate changes and have to sell their home. Through a lot of tears, we met and took some pictures to get the process started to find a new family for these pups. Kai has always known Bailey. Bailey is a very happy-go-lucky, friendly lab that loves everyone. Both dogs have lived with cats and love their kitty friends. Bailey can be dog selective, but has always done well with Kai. We would recommend older children around this pair due to inexperience and age. Kai can sometimes be a bit standoffish with new people, but quickly warms up, especially when he sees his sister getting the attention. Both dogs are house trained. Bailey is trustworthy to be left out, but Kai is recommended to be crated and is totally fine being crated when unsupervised. He has a bit of anxiety away from his people, but crating him when alone solves any issues. They are a fun pair for someone that has a physically fenced yard. They are pretty easy dogs!
