About Blue & Sky

Sky and Blue are the bonded little duo with the most charming personality. Sky is a 5 year old Yorkshire Terrier that weighs 13.1 pounds full grown. Blue is a 5 year old Shih Tzu/Terrier mix that weighs 8.2 pounds full grown. They know how to hit just the right heart string chord in the first meeting. Both love loads of cuddles and will be your shadow and constant companion. They love to sleep with you on bed and watch tv on the couch. They are so much fun when you take them to a yard for them to show off their zoomies! Neither of them are fond of toys but they do enjoy chews. They love to go on walks and, both are leash trained. They are not fond of taking baths or getting their teeth brushed. They do well with men, women and gentle children. They know basic commands like sit, down, up, go, and stay.They very are excited during their meal times and have also learned how to wait untill told to start eating. Sky is a handsome boy and can impress any lady with his charms. He just showers you with his love and expects the same from you along with ample hugs. He sometimes get into a little battery toy dog mode and can make you dizzy by his moves, but a nice belly rub calms him down instantly. Though he has weak back legs, his spirit to have fun and be with his pack never lacks. He doesn't like to be crated, but does well in a xpen for short periods of time. We put him in a xpen during the night, but in the morning he will make sure you are with him when the day starts and usually does his business inside the xpen, when left alone. He likes riding in a car, but someone has to hold him during the drive or he may get anxious and that can lead him getting car sick. He is not house broken, but wears his belly without complain. He is a foodie, but any snacks/treat should be avoided as his stomach doesn't accept much other than his lunch and dinner's (mix of kibbles, boiled rice and chicken). He needs someone who can be patient with him and understand his needs. He is a quick learner but can be stubborn sometimes. Blue is a lady with personality of her own and quite well mannered too. She has the most adorable style to welcome you and all she wants is to quickly be in your arms and load you with kisses. Once she is comfortable , she will make you realize who is the boss in that house, by her frequent cute barks. Though when outside she is bit timid, especially around big dogs. Blue gets startled by new or loud noises, but if cuddled for a while she does well. She loves her belly rubs too! Her favorite food is chicken and she loves to have her 'me time' while having her daily Greenie treats. Blue likes people more than dogs (Sky being the only exception) for sure. When she is happy her tongue out smile says it all. She has the most funny stare and may make you think 'Hey what did I do?'. She loves car rides and is house broken. Blue is very patient, though she may get intimated with certain sound or frequent movement, she will just move away from that place without annoying anyone. They are altered, up to date on vaccines, vet checked and microchipped. Their fee of $600 includes a free vet visit.
