About Blue

Blue is about 5 yrs approximately and he has had a really rough time...please show him some humans are not all bad...not like the one that shot him through the jaw...the bullet when through his lower mandible and out through his tongue. The lower part of his molars where crushed. This poor boy was left untreated in a Texas shelter since May. He had a huge lump under his chin...turned out to be swollen lymph nodes that were huge from infection in the bone. Huge pieces of fragmented necrotic bone had to be removed and several molars had to be removed. We cannot even imagine how much pain he has endured because of some horrible person shooting this sweet boy! He is doing so much better and has put on a tremendous amount of weight back on. His Muscles on his head have atrophied from not chewing but they should bulk up once his teeth are good enough to eats hard food! Please help this poor boy who is the sweetest boy find the happy ending he deserves. On top of all his problems he is also heartworm positive which is curable and not contagious as long as treatment is kept up! We cover costs of treatment but he would need to be brought back about three times during treatment for shots. Please consider showing this boy life can actually be good! His is so gentle and sweet!
