About Dodger

Poor Dodger has had a rough time lately. Due to no fault of his own, he had been attacked by another male dog trying to get to another female dog in heat. Dodger ended up with a drain and staples up his neck up all the way up to his lip. In spite of this Dodger has been a real trooper allowing the staff to care for his injuries and to remove the staples without any worries. He loves to get petted and get treats. He is a very friendly, sweet and goofy old man who gets along with people, female dogs and some (but not all) male dogs. We do not know what he thinks of cats. Dodger loves to go for walks and does well on a leash. He can only eat soft foods and treat as he is missing back teeth. He is about 10 years old and 61 pounds. Please help Dodger find the loving home he deserves. Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes.
