About Zeus

Welcome Zeus. Zeus is a wonderful pup. He is 16-weeks old. He is a Shepherd/Lab. He is about 20 pounds and has some nice long legs. He came in from one of the local pounds. He is learning leash manners. It looks like he was never leashed before coming into the rescue. He and his brother, Adonis came from one of the local pounds. They got parvo but our wonderful vet helped get him through it fine. Our vet says they are healthy and ready for their new homes. Zeus should be about a 50-pound dog full grown. He is good with other dogs, good in a crate and alright with cats. He is relatively quiet in his foster home. He does hold his business in his crate and will go outside. He also will use a potty pad. We will be working on some training and handling him a lot so he is more used to working with and being around people. He would be best in a home with another dog so he can watch and learn. He is smart and will make a fun dog to train. He would be best with an active family and a fenced yard will be what he needs. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally in Texas. We can also work with the transporters to deliver him to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Vermont and all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 300 and transport is 185.
