Tri is a rescue dog, he is extensively trained. Sit, down, roll over. He is older and walks are short and most of his days are spent retired enjoying the quiet. Tri is a great swimmer and in fact holds the fastest Doggie Duathlon time in Houston, TX. No one has ever beat his time. In his younger days he used to race duathlons. Tri loves humans and deep down believes he is a human. Tri does not like other dogs unless they are older like him and want to just lay around with him. He is older so he enjoys quiet days. Tri would be ideal for a couple with older children or someone who is alone with no children or no other dogs. He is a gorgeous dog, blue eyed dog and loves long cuddle sessions. He is great security, and is always alert. I rescued Tri 10 years ago following an abusive relationship. He rescued me. He is extremely loyal and loving. I have a 2 year old and a 4 year old. Tri has always been very loving but my 2 year old was playing with a slinky and it frightened Tri. Tri nipped at my son causing him to need stitches. Unfortunately, we cannot keep him because we are afraid my children are just too much for Tri. Tri has never been aggressive towards us or our children. Because of this incident we can no longer keep Tri. It breaks my heart but I am looking for a great home where Tri can live out his last years happily and quietly.
