About OLIVE & OLLIE - bonded

Adoption Fee: $1000
Great Pyrenees / Lab
Age: Puppy
Sex: Female

OLIVE was saved with her best friend/sibling OLLIE from a high kill shelter in Texas where dogs have just 3 dogs to be saved and transported to the rescue in Sebec, Maine. OLIVE is spayed, core vaccines, rabies, heartworm & tick disease tested, negative, de-wormed, monthly preventatives and micro-chipped. She weighs around 45 pounds and has an estimated date of birth of 5 July 2019 We have no idea the exact breed of any dogs so it is up to you to look an decide what you feel the breed is and be sure you are familiar and capable to care for that breed or breed mix. OLLIE & OLIVE truly are best friends, when they first arrived we kenneled them together and as we had adoptions and more space we moved them to a communal area with 20 other dogs of all ages and sizes, and currently they are living in the house with another assortment of dogs of all ages and sizes. They play great with all of the dogs and are enjoying the Maine weather, they like to hang out outside, and then are happy to play with each other, or other dogs, wrestling chasing and getting dirty. They always end up back together and are never close apart. Both, very sweet affectionate dogs, craving for love and attention. They are great with everyone they have met, including children around 9 years old who are able to easily and comfortably walk them on a leash, they enjoy cuddles, belly rubs and just hanging out with anyone they meet. This beautiful bonded pair will be a great addition to any family with their gentle, loving nature, but they fun, active personality. We are adopting OLLIE & OLIVE as a bonded pair. All dogs use dog doors to go out and do their business or to enjoy the cool, fresh weather in their dog runs or communal areas. We cannot say if a dog is house-trained, however, we expect families to understand that all dogs need a transition period and accidents could happen and training is most definitely needed. All dogs are fed Rachael Ray Nutrish PEAK Natural Dry Dog Food, Grain Free Western Grasslands Recipe with Bison. Rachael Ray Nutrish Peak Dog Food receives the Dog Food Advisor's second-highest tier rating of 4.5 stars. OLLIE and OLIVE are available for an adoption fee of US $1,000 This fee is not negotiable and is used to cover the rescue costs of saving all of the dogs we do, the running, upkeep and maintenance of the rescue. Canadian adopters need to know that customs charge 15% taxes when entering into Canada. All that is needed to take dogs into Canada is a copy of the adoption contract (receipt) and current rabies for pups over 3 months of age. If you feel that you have the heart and home to give this precious soul a wonderful life, please go to our website, under the ADOPTION INFO tab, complete, then submit the APPLICATION.
