About Stray- Urgent

I'm posting this here in hope of anyone volunteering to help in anyway. This stray was found dehydrated in North Houston and so far no has stepped up to foster him or take him in temporary even. Please contact me to help in some way if you can. He's friendly with people and dogs. He has moved locations and more help refinding his location would be great. Adding a photo on my phone is not functioning currently some reasons will add it.
