About Okra is a happy girl!

Okra is a very sweet little girl who sat in a high kill shelter for weeks waiting for her family to save her. No one ever came, and her time ran out. One of our volunteers was able to rescue her just in the nick of time! Okra is a happy senior girl who really blossomed in her foster home. All Okra needed was a little love! Okra gets along well with her foster sister and is friendly to everyone. She is low energy, quiet and well behaved. She loves to cuddle, is very smart and easy going. She has a happy personality and sweet smile that will bring a lot of joy into any home. Okra would do well in a house or apartment. She can be a little shy initially, so would be best in an adult home or home with older children. Okra is spayed, fully vaccinated and microchipped. We had her examined by our vet, and she is a healthy girl. She has a little early arthritis, which is perfectly normal and easily managed on inexpensive medication. Okra is about 10 yrs old and weighs about 18 lbs.
