Mr. Bentley is an 8 pound miniature pinscher. He's been with me for 13 years, and if I don't find a home for him I will keep him. The reason why I am looking for a new home is because I am so busy with work that he doesn't get enough attention from me, and he needs A LOT OF ATTENTION! He has severe separation anxiety. He does not do anything destructive but he will whine if he thinks you're going to leave the house, and will howl if you're gone late into the evening. I do not recommend Bentley as an apartment dog as your neighbors will complain. He needs a place where he can get regular exercise and be with someone who is home the majority of the time. He is not good in cars as he will cry the entire time. He loves a comfy bed, treats, and being your best companion. He absolutely feels best sitting on your lap. He is also protective so he will bark at strangers because he may only be 8 pounds but he thinks he's a big dog. I will be sad to see him go if that is the case, but I know he will be happier with someone who can give him the love he needs. He also loves loves! to play catch. He is really fast and can catch the ball mid air. He is really active for his age. One great thing is I don't need to walk him with a leash because he will walk right along side me, and he takes commands very well.
